But Gianna was far more open to it. Shaking her head, she insisted, "Wenna, we aren’t talking about just any girl here. You and I both know she is not some righteous person who wouldn’t resort to underhanded tactics to get what she wants."

Arwen remained silent, lost in her thoughts, and Gianna took the opportunity to push further.

"Also, your accident happened right before the set date when you and Ryan were supposed to receive your certificates together. And let’s not forget," she paused briefly before continuing, "you two got into the same accident. While you had gotten heavily injured, she had just sustained a minor sprain in her ankle. Although she hadn’t filed an official police report, she had used her own sources to investigate. But soon after, she was informed that all leads had mysteriously vanished. At the time, she had too much on her plate to look into it further. She had convinced herself that the men who attacked her were just local thugs looking to rob someone on a deserted street.
