Vespera remained composed as she continued lying down on the car seat. 

After ending the call, the man returned to his car, which was parked diagonally across from her. He got into the car before opening up a can of drink to enjoy. 

Nothing seemed amiss about the man, 

Perhaps it was just a coincidence. The man may have left Hallewick at midnight three days 

days ago and planned to return at the same time Vespera did 

But she did not believe in such coincidences. 

Half an hour later, Vespera did not drive away. The man did not leave either. 

Vespera became certain that the man had been talling her. But who gave him the orders?
