With a mental nudge, he guided the meat directly toward the artifact. Instantly, the metallic sphere emitted a gentle hum and began to spin slowly, mana gently swirling around it.
In a flash of golden brilliance, the massive pile of meat vanished, replaced by a perfectly round, freshly cooked meatball hovering neatly in Orion’s palm.
He blinked in disbelief, staring at the meatball incredulously. Despite weighing precisely one ton moments ago, it was now no larger than a regular ping pong ball, exuding a mouth-watering aroma filled with spices, herbs, and faint traces of mana essence.
"...What in the heavens?" Orion muttered, amazed at the artifact’s incredible ability. His stomach involuntarily growled, reacting to the irresistible scent wafting upward.
[See, Master? Told you it’s amazing! Give it a taste! (≧▽≦)/]
Without hesitating, Orion threw the meatball in his mouth. A burst of rich, succulent flavor immediately flooded his senses—the meat tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, carrying a subtle warmth that rejuvenated his muscles and revitalized his mana flow.
"Haaa... feels like I’ve eaten well for the first time in years. This is genuinely amazing," Orion admitted with a sigh of pleasant surprise. "I might’ve underestimated this artifact."
[Hehe, that’s of course. You are a Hatchling True Dragon right now, of course your body would need a lot of nutrition to grow up quickly. But you couldn’t eat so much before due to being in a Human Body and... well, Grandma and Grandpa wouldn’t have the best of reactions.]
Orion lightly chuckled, "Hehe, true. But anyways, since it worked flawlessly, let’s convert the rest of it. Let’s start with 99 tons of it, should be manageable, right?"
[Hehe~ Let’s see the magic, Master!]
With another mental command, he directed another portion—99 tons—to the Infinite Meatball Forge.
The artifact thrummed energetically, emitting a louder hum this time, mana patterns rapidly spinning across its metallic surface.
In mere moments, the tremendous quantity of meat was condensed into ninety-nine additional identical meatballs, each brimming with mana-infused vitality and delicious fragrance.
Orion picked up one, marveling at its deceptive simplicity. "Incredible... 99 tons of meat compressed into 99 meatballs. This artifact is something else."
[Now you’ll never go hungry again! You’re the Meatball Monarch! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧]
He laughed warmly, storing away the delicious meatballs in his inventory for future use.
Standing up, Orion stretched lazily, feeling deeply satisfied and amused.
"I suppose I’ve played enough. Time to find Grandpa and Grandma," Orion said softly, stepping out into the hallway.
Outside, he spotted Rina dusting an ornate vase near the staircase. She turned immediately upon hearing his footsteps, offering him a cheerful smile and polite bow.
"Good afternoon, Master!" she said warmly. "Did you rest well?"
He nodded, smiling gently. "Yes, thank you, Rina. Do you happen to know where my grandparents are?"
Fiora, who was passing by carrying a tray, paused at hearing this question, shyly stepping forward. "L-Lady Selene and L-Lord Eldric are currently in the s-smithy behind the m-mansion. Lady Selene seemed quite e-excited."
Orion raised an eyebrow, interest piqued. "Is that so? I’ll head there then. Thank you both."
"You’re welcome, Master," the two maids replied in unison, watching him warmly as he turned and made his way towards the mansion’s rear exit.

Walking down the polished corridors, Orion stepped into the gardens at the back. The afternoon sun bathed the grounds in warm, golden light, creating dark shadows beneath the trees lining the paved path.
