Rachel appeared as if she hadn't had any sleep for two nights. She looked nothing like the pampered princess of the Gray family.
Looking at her, Bradley frowned. "What happened to you?"
Rachel had been in a horrible mental state for the past two days. Hearing that made her cry again pitifully.
As she burst into tears, she leaped into Bradley's arms. "Brad, I keep having nightmares these days. I can't take it anymore."
Bradley glanced at Rachel in his arms rather impatiently.
Before he met Shannon that day, he thought he had made the right decision. But afterward, he realized that Rachel couldn't compete with her at all.
Not only were Rachel's looks and personality worse, but even her family background paled in comparison to Shannon's.
Bradley was considering if he should give up on Rachel entirely and go all in.
At first, he thought that Shannon would happily become his girlfriend as long as he gave her a chance.
But Shannon's attitude today made him realize that he had thought too highly of himself.
Perhaps words wouldn't make Shannon believe him.
He had to act.
The first thing was to draw a clear line between himself and Rachel.
Rachel had no idea what Bradley was planning. As she hugged him, she ranted about the nightmare she had in tears.
She kept telling him how afraid she was, but her words came out messy and unorganized. Bradley couldn't understand a thing at all.
He only thought that Rachel was being too spoiled.
It was just a nightmare, yet she needed him to coax her.
With that thought in mind, Bradley was even more sure that a delicate princess like Rachel wouldn't be a good match for him.
Now that he had an idea, he pulled her away.
