“Mom, we just came to see you.” Hannah approached, placing the fruit basket she had brought on the table. Then, she gave Samantha a knowing glance.

The latter caught on, taking her cue, and continued “Grandma, there’s something else we’d like to tell you.”

“What is it?”

“Well… Samantha feigned hesitation before finally saying. “Olivia has returned.”

Norah immediately frowned and rebuked, “There’s no need to tell me specifically that she’s back.”

The reaction from her didn’t surprise Frederick’s family at all.

Norah always believed that it was Olivia’s mother who was responsible for Terence’s death.

Initially, she did not allow the two of them to be together. However, Terence was adamant about marrying Olivia’s mother. Unable to dissuade him, she had no choice but to give her consent.
