Waves after waves of lighting tore through the air, relentlessly assaulting Severin's body. However, his physical form had long reached a level comparable to that of a protective divine weapon. The thunderbolts crashed upon him, yet he was unfazed by them and felt only a slight numbness.
Severin who wielded the Oculus Blade and was suffused entirely with sword intent, glowed with the radiance of the sun and moon. Sword-shape spiritual treasures within a radius of several thousand miles resonated and trembled as if responding to his call. With a graceful wave of his sword, a golden blade of light pierced the darkness with the sky-splitting force.
A single strike was all it took to penetrate through the space surrounding the dark clouds.
Moments later, the dark clouds which stretched hundreds of miles wide shrunk considerably and saw a reduction in their menacing aura.
Severin remained unsatiated despite severing several thunderbolts in succession. Taking a few steps forward, he charged into the heart of the tribulation, enduring the onslaught with his physical body.
Witnesses were shocked and dumbfounded by that spectacle. Carson rubbed his eyes in disbelief and gasped in shock. "When has his physical power become so formidable? Even the heavenly tribulation of a supreme paragon is like child's play to him."
Meanwhile, in a golden tent nearby, Allen observed Severin's audacious confrontation with the thunder and was astounded by his ability to absorb its power.
"That can't be... that's our tribe's Concept of Visualization! He couldn't have mastered it!" Allen muttered incredulously. "Impossible! He had just ascended to supreme paragon, but his spiritual energy seems to have already been tempered by heaven and earth! The Concept of Visualization alone is not enough to accomplish this!"
