Severin was shocked to hear about the unfortunate tragedy of the Dragonoid. "What? The Dragonoid were killed?"
The Dragonoid was once one of the Primordial Sacred Land's allies. Now Baldwin turned his back on them and attacked them.
Perhaps Amethyst saw how shocking Severin was and was afraid Severin did not believe the information. He pointed at the young man and said, "This is Prince Calvert, the second Prince of the Dragonoid."
Calvert immediately got up and bowed respectfully at Severin. His eyes were red and his white eyeballs were filled with visible blood vessels.
"Severin, my holiness, I beg you to help me in avenging the Dragonoid," said Calvert with a sad and angry tone.
Severin squinted and asked nonchalantly, "Why does Baldwin want to kill the dragonoids? I recalled the Dragonoid had a close relationship with the Primordial Sacred Land during the time I was in the Eastern Sea secret realm. Isn't the Dragonoid an ally of the Primordial Sacred Land?"
"You have no idea. After Elder Darius died, we had been acting cautiously as we were afraid to cross and offend anyone. Yet, the Primordial Sacred Land, the Wicked Tribe, and the Darkness Sacred Land decided to turn on us and destroy us," Calvert said furiously and sorrowfully. He clenched his fist tightly and continued to speak angrily, "They knew Elder Darius died and they were after our treasure."
Through Calvert's explanation, Severin understood why the Primordial Sacred Land and the devil cultivators would attack the Dragonoid.
After the last battle in Northsea, the devil cultivators suffered heavy losses. In fact, it was just the last battle. Ever since the beginning of the war, the Wicked Tribe and Darkness Sacred Land suffered heavy losses.
All in all, Severin had killed many supreme paragons from those two sects. The devil cultivators used wicked techniques to break through by devouring people and refining their souls. The speed of improvement was much faster than normal cultivators. However, the two devil cultivators' sects were not going to replace the loss of stronger cultivators anytime soon.
In order to let the royal paragons break through to supreme paragons, they would need a massive amount of resources.
