After some time, Severin opened his eyes suddenly, and warm air exited his nose like a roaring dragon several feet long.
As he felt the torrential surge of mana coursing through his body, Severin clenched his fists. An audible crackle was heard from his knuckles, while his muscles bulged along his arms in a testament to his newfound power.
Severin could not help but feel a surge of satisfaction after observing the transformation. His strength was technically second to none among all the supreme paragons!
Having ascended to level seven supreme paragon and with trillions of cell universes now at his command, his mana had since transcended their former limitations. More importantly, his familiarity with various rules had deepened to the point where he could effortlessly disrupt the divine chain of order with a mere gesture.
"I'm pretty sure I'll emerge victorious if I encounter Baldwin again," Severin declared confidently.
His inner world had expanded rapidly following consumption of the peach. The Rules of Heaven and Earth became more intricate, and his mana was as strong as the clouds and mist. He had become a force to be reckoned with among those of the same level even without having to resort to any divine weapons. Should he wield the Oculus Blade and Green Emperor's Pagoda, then he could even counter Baldwin's clone despite all the tricks and techniques from the latter.
After collecting his thoughts, he got up and immediately exited the chamber. There were still some celestial peaches, but he was in no hurry to eat them all. As beneficial as they were, relying solely on them for advancement would often lead to problems with an unstable foundation.
Preferring not to compromise his attainment prospects, Severin emerged from seclusion as soon as he made the breakthrough. That way, he could gradually adjust his newly expanded inner world and ensure a solid foundation. As he exited the training room, the environment around him shifted abruptly. By the time he regained his bearings, he found himself standing before his master, Adrian.
Shaken by Severin's breakthrough, Adrian had summoned him over for questioning. He observed Severin's imposing aura and found it brimming with the might of a level seven supreme paragon. That alone was enough to make a half-immortal like him feel a sense of trepidation.
