Upon his return to Enchanted Peak, Severin wasted no time in making arrangements. The only way to harness the fortunes of all races was to reclaim the Heaven Palace. With that in mind, he
Summoned the quasi-royal celestials of the Longevity Alliance to the courtyard. Adrian, Amethyst, and the old wacko—amongst others—gathered in response to his call.
Seeing as all members of the Longevity Alliance were already there, Severin wasted no time in laying out the grim reality. "The extraterrestrials' dark upheaval has been persisting for decades. Even Lawrence from the Heaven Palace has succumbed to their attacks. We are now at a clear disadvantage. Therefore, I propose a united effort to gather the fortunes of all races and launch an assault on the Heaven Palace. Does anyone have any objections?" he asked, his tone inviting discussion.
As expected, opinions varied. The Old Wacko was the first to voice his concerns. "Are you suggesting that we re-establish the Ancient Imperial Court?" he asked, his tone tinged with skepticism.
Severin, as a perfect-stage royal celestial, was certainly strong enough to lay the foundations of the ancient heaven. Yet, the greatest quandary was the extraterrestrials' watchful gaze. Moreover, Lawrence's fall had brought a sense of unease and unsettlement pervaded the Celestial Realm. Failure to restore stability swiftly could lead to a gradual downfall across all factions.
While the Longevity Alliance had flourished over the past century and rivaled even established forces, the task of rebuilding the Ancient Imperial Court was not theirs alone to bear. Without the aid of Ingeni Paradise, Tri Celestial Island, and the Clear Wind Sect, the endeavour would be a dauntingly unattainable one.
Adrian spoke after the old wacko and offered his perspective. "Gathering the fortunes of all races is still somewhat feasible given our reputation and the progress that we've made throughout the past hundred years. However, mounting an attack on the Heaven Palace might prove a bit of an effort." Adrian remarked tactfully. The Heaven Palace was occurpied by several royal celestials, while the Longevity Alliance had only one. The odds were evidently not in their favor, unless—as the old wacko had already mentioned—there was help from the other royal celestials.
