Meanwhile, as Severin ascended his inner world to a Great Thousand Worlds, he remained oblivious to the tidal wave his breakthrough to quasi-celestial regent status would unleash in the realm.
Gazing upon the thousands of perfected laws materializing within his inner universe and intertwining with one another in the original space, Severin's breathing began to quicken. He closed his eyes and discovered that he could maintain a connection to the entire realm without using his mana, divine senses, or physical strength.
With but a thought, a divine light manifested before him, forging a celestial weapon from thin air. Following another thought, the weapons was destroyed and fashioned into golden celestial pills. With yet another thought, 1,296,000 cave worlds appeared around him, connecting the chaotic sea and transforming it into the essence of heaven and earth.
In mere moments, those worlds cycled through eons, witnessing the rise and fall of civilizations up until their collapse into pure unbridled chaotic energy. Severin marveled at his newfound ability to shape reality with a mere thought, to witness the passage of all life, and to traverse time itself. Though he had wielded similar powers as a royal celestial, never before had he possessed the ability to create worlds with a mere thought. One could even liken it to a godlike omnipotence.
That was when the true significance of a quasi-celestial regent dawned upon him. "I can't even begin to imagine the sheer power that a true celestial regent can display when even a quasi-celestial regent could wield such power!" he mumbled to himself in excitement.
Though he had already become a quasi-celestial regent, Severin realized that he was the sole individual on the side of the celestials, while the other two were his extraterrestrial counterparts. Armin—the former celestial sovereign—had previously wielded the complete heavenly heart imprint. However, even the ancient Imperial Court—once a bastion of power in the Nine Heaven Ten Lands that housed dozens of royal celestials and 120,000 true immortals—later fell apart and was reduced to nothing.
