- I've had enough of it
"Yes. "Hmm."
Alice's lips were blocked once again. He kissed her almost crazily, with one hand controlling her two hands and the other caressing her face before letting go, "Do you still want to fight?"
He kissed her until she stopped arguing.
"Yes. Yes!"
Alice's lips were once again clogged up.
When William left her lips again, her lips were already a little swollen. His eyes were filled with an emotional haziness as he looked at her domineeringly, "Do you still want to quarrel?"
This time, Alice spoke obediently, forcing herself to calm down from the kiss. She coldly said, "If you continue like this, I will hit you."
Hearing this, William laughed and lowered his head to kiss her again.
"Whap."
Alice slapped his face lightly, and this voice was extremely clear.
William bent his waist and stood there; his entire person frozen in place. His eyes stared fixedly at Alice as he sat there with a cold gaze.
They looked at each other.
William touched his own face, and his expression gradually became cold. He retreated two steps, extended his hand out to the back of the chair and flung the chair in an arc; the chair's legs made a sound on the floor, and landed in front of Alice.
He sat down in front of Alice, crossed one of his legs, and stared at Alice with her black pupils.
Alice looked at his face as her slender fingers helplessly grabbed at the air twice. Her heart sank as she looked at him and asked, "What kind of conditions did you agree to Dr. Lambert's?"
She did not believe in the falsehood of diamonds. He could not deceive herself.
"Diamond."
"William, am I that stupid in your eyes?" Alice asked; did he think that she would believe him for such a reason?
"No, you're smart." William said, "But thinking about it like this makes you feel better."
Better.
What a reasonable answer.
"But I don't want to lie to myself;what did you promise?" Alice asked, and then continued, "Forget it, I won't ask you what you promised me. I hope you will promise me; don't do it, and don't leave me!"
"I'm not leaving you. I'm just going out. I'll be back soon."
William said in a deep voice, his fingertips brushing against his face. He had hit him so lightly, so lightly that it seemed that he had no weight, yet why did he feel such pain?
"Then take me with you." Alice said.
"Impossible!"
William said resolutely.
"Then stay with me, and don't go anywhere." Alice insisted.
"Impossible!"
William was as resolute as ever; there was no room for compromise.
Alice's eyes turned in their sockets, and became a little sour. She looked at William and said, "You can only choose one of the two paths."
Her tone became tough.
"I'll go and return quickly!" William said; this was the only thing he could agree to,and he definitely did not want her to see him kneel and apologize.
"William." Alice stood up from the chair, and looked down at his handsome face with her eyes. "I'm not talking to you. I'm serious."
"Alice, when did you become so overbearing?"
"Now."
Alice said without hesitation.
"I have to leave. I'll be back as soon as possible. You can just stay here and treat my illness!" William said in a strong tone, completely unwilling to compromise.
Alice's eyes became even more sore as she looked at William coldly, "William, why do you always have to be so overbearing, making me submit to you forever?"
"This is how we get along." He didn't think that there was anything wrong with it.
"But I've submitted enough. I've had enough!"
Alice said coldly. This time, she did not make a sound, and it was also true that in front of William, how could she maintain her aura?
"What do you mean?"
William also stood up, he lowered his eyes and stared at her, his voice cold; what do you mean enough submission? That's enough. That means that you don't want to submit to me anymore.
"William, can you not make all of these decisions in your wishful thinking? Can you let me decide once? This is my illness, and I have the right to deal with it. " Alice said, "Even if she is terminally ill, she still has the right to choose between enjoying her last days here and enduring the pain."
The terminally ill.
Hearing these four words, William's anger immediately flared up, and he slammed the table with force, "No! No! Alice, let me tell you;your life is mine! All yours is mine! Only I have the right to deal with it!"
He almost growled it out.
Alice stood there, looking at William in front of him,and she laughed bitterly, "You have to be this despotic, don't you?"
"I'll be right back! I don't understand what you're angry about!"
William said angrily. Why would they start a fight over a lunch? Why did he do this;wasn't it for her?
"That's because I know that the condition given by the Dr. Lambert is definitely not that simple, and it might even cause you more pain than the relationship with him! How else would a grateful doctor in Lancaster be willing to treat me? " Alice shouted loudly, "But you, you agreed!"
