Sitting around the table in the commander's office, more than ten people looked at the bottle with hope in their eyes. If they could get more of this liquid fertilizer, it could solve the food shortage in Juncheng City.
After a long pause, Xu Qipeng looked at Wu Lian and said, "Captain Wu, I will leave this matter to you. Please find out who that young lady is and invite her to meet with us."
Wu Lian stood up, saluted Xu Qipeng, and said, "Yes, Commander Xu."
Then, Xu Qipeng turned to Qin Yonghang and asked, "Professor Qin, can you replicate this liquid fertilizer?"
Qin Yonghang replied, "This is my first time seeing a clear liquid fertilizer. It might be difficult to replicate, but I will do my best to identify the ingredients."
Hearing this, Xu Qipeng said, "Then I will be waiting for your good news."
Qin Yonghang nodded, "Leave this matter to me."
Meanwhile, Yao Ran and her friends had returned to the Ling Yuan apartment complex. When the residents saw three men dragging trolleys filled with bags and planting pots, they looked on curiously.
As they passed the two soldiers guarding the entrance, one soldier curiously asked, "Comrade, why are you bringing so many planting pots?"
Yao Ran smiled and said, "We just received relief supplies from the government today. When I saw that the potatoes had sprouted, I thought we might try replanting them, so my friends and I decided to give it a go."
Hearing this, the soldiers exchanged a glance.
"I see. Best of luck to you, Comrade." The soldier said, letting them pass.
"Thank you." Yao Ran replied.
After the men moved everything to the 19th floor, Yao Ran took out eight pieces of compressed biscuits and handed them to Xiao Yan.
Xiao Yan hesitated to accept them, but Yao Ran insisted, "It's for your help in carrying the goods up."
With that being said, Xiao Yan accepted the biscuits and said, "Thank you, Miss Yao."
He then shared the biscuits with the other men and said, "We will be on our way now. See you next time, Miss Yao."
After Xiao Yan left, Yao Ran turned to the others and said, "Let's divide everything equally." Long Yu said, "I only need four planting pots."
"I already have planting pots at home, so I don't need any." Yao Ran added.
She had plenty of them inside of her space, so there was no need for more. With Long Yu taking only four and Yao Ran declining any, the others received five planting pots each, with the extras going to Shi Xuan and the rest.
For soil and fertilizer, Long Yu took four bags of soil and one bag of fertilizer to fill his planting pots. Shi Xuan and the others divided the rest equally.
After everything was divided, Sima Hao said, "Since Miss Yao used her supplies to trade for these, I will pay you back after I harvest the potatoes."
