Stalking wasn’t something Penny was particularly fond of. However, since her target—and the very person she was looking for—was already right in front of her, she wasn’t about to let him out of her sight.

Through a partition in the restaurant, she could see his hand pouring himself some tea. The entrance and surrounding area were well-guarded by his bodyguards. This display caught many people’s attention, but at the same time, this restaurant catered to the elite.

’Isn’t it strange?’ she wondered, looking around at the other customers who were whispering among themselves. ’They aren’t even raising their voices. I want to hear their gossip.’

Her ears doubled to listen to the hushed whispers around her.

"So, that’s Zoren Pierson?"

"But didn’t they say he liked privacy? If that’s him, he would’ve rented out the entire restaurant just for himself."
