Thankfully, Zoren listened to Penny and stopped right after that last request for a round of passion. So, Penny still had some energy left. After all, her husband always depleted her energy almost every night. She wouldn’t be surprised if she had lost weight because of it.

"You’re not taking home the presents with you?" he asked as they dressed, watching her shake her head.

"I’m keeping them here," she replied, watching him saunter in her direction and stop before her. Penny chuckled, reaching for his button. "This button is wrong."

She fixed his button, snapping her eyes up at him. "I’m hosting a lunch date soon with some people from the Pierson family. I’m planning to host it here."

"Here?" Zoren furrowed his brows. "Why here?"

"The Pierson family has already heard about Prime Group, but I’m sure hearing it and seeing why Prime Group is at the top of our game are two different things." She winked, tapping his chest as she finished his buttons. "I’d like them to see it for themselves. After all, I need people in the family. Don’t take it personally, my love life."

"I don’t, my love life," he returned, raising her brows as he mimicked her unique endearment of him, which she would casually use. "Shall we?"

Penny snapped her eyes back to him and nodded. "I’ll just check my hair a bit, then we’ll go."

Having said that, Penny rushed to the mirror to check her hair. Once she finished, she walked back to him with a smile.

"Done! Let’s go home!"

Zoren smiled and offered his arm, which she took without hesitation. Together, the two of them went home.

"One sec, Lil," Penny turned her head toward the door, catching her husband by the doorframe. Zoren held the door slightly open, with half of his body peeking inside. "What?"

Zoren smiled. "I’m taking Renny and Chunchun for a walk. I’m telling you this because you might look for me."

"You’re taking them for a walk...?" Penny knitted her brows, nodding in confusion. "Okay?"

"I’ll be back." His smile stretched before he closed the door to give her privacy.

"Uh... is it safe to talk now?" Lily’s voice was heard again.
