His expression didn't change as he said harshly, “You were so intimate with Keith but you are being so distant with me? Why are you pretending to be pure?”

Xavia felt like her heart was freezing over, her body going cold. She looked at him and said curtly, “I already said that it was a misunderstanding, and you can choose to believe me or not. What I do is my business, but Young Master Burton, you are a man with a wife and yet you are still laying your hands on me. How much better are you then?”

Zivon's lip curled. He held her shoulders as he snarled, “You still dare to fight back even when you’re in the wrong? Xavia Lockhart, are you taking advantage because I'm too gentle with you? Is that why you dare to test my patience again and again?”

His grip tightened on her.

Her white dress was ripped, the sound sharp and harsh in the car.

“Ahh! What are you doing? Let go of me! Stop!” Xavia’s small face turned pale in panic. She really did not expect Zivon to make a move on her. She struggled desperately but was no match for the man’s strength.
