Lily Whitham frowned in return.

Just now, when Xavia voiced out that she needed help, Lily thought she needed help with the financial matters. Still, she never expected it to be such a trivial thing. Also, it was a matter regarding the termination of her contract with Dallas Entertainment? Maybe this woman was different from what she had imagined.

“Where is your kitchen? I can start cooking now. You can start working on my request too.”

Looking at Xavia’s simple and serious posture, Lily raised her hand mechanically and pointed in the direction of the kitchen. “Over there...”

She said, “Miss Whitham, I’m done. I have prepared a portion of vegetable porridge, hot mashed potatoes and a club sandwich. All these dishes are great for stimulating appetites and nourishing stomachs. Chairman Talton should be able to eat these.”

Lily looked at the exquisite food which was placed in the thermal box. A tiny flash of amazement flashed through her eyes. She had led a comfortable life ever since she was a child, so she never cooked in her whole life. But when she looked at how exquisite the food was, she already felt like eating them already.

Lily pursed her red lips.

Just then, her cell phone rang up from the side. She said, “My father should have completed the task. Give me a moment to pick up the phone call.”

“Sure.” Xavia stood at the side expectantly as she stared at Lily.
