...That Zivon had done it in her sleep?
His train of thought was cut short when Dolly suddenly said, “…You should leave, Young Master Keith. The child has nothing to do with you, and don’t you even dream about using it to make Xavia morally submit to you. I’ll say it now that there’s no way that she’ll ever get together with you again just because of that child.”
Though she was being extremely unfriendly to him—contrary to how she usually treated Zivon—, Keith cared little about it. Instead, he simply glanced at her for a while before turning to leave…
Keith, for one, knew that Zivon would be at the green space today… and upon arriving, it didn’t take long for him to see the prestigious man sitting in the project department’s office, a phone in his hand…
Walking in, Keith waited for Zivon to end the call… and the second it ended, he was prompted to ask, “Have you found a solution regarding Xavia’s grandmother, Uncle Zivon?”
Looking icily at Keith, Zivon replied in a monotonous tone, “You don’t need to worry about her affairs. That aside… She’s your future aunt, so don’t address her so intimately.”
This prompted the corners of Keith’s mouth to twitch slightly. Calling her Xavia was intimate? People these days didn’t even mind total strangers calling them ‘honey’… Had Zivon always been this calculative…?
Reminding himself of his purpose of coming here, Keith then said, “…I’ll try to keep that in mind… That aside, I have a serious question, Uncle Zivon…”
“Shoot,” replied Zivon who seemed to be keen on using as few words as possible…
Adjusting his glasses, Keith then asked, “Did you… physically fool around with Xavia while she was still my girlfriend?”
With how explicit his question was, Zivon instantly glared daggers at Keith while replying, “Ans why would that concern you?”
“Let’s just say it’s related to my dignity,” said Keith in an unwavering tone.
Narrowing his eyes, Zivon then got to his feet before icily saying, “Dignity isn’t based on that. With that in mind, you’ve already insulted not only yourself, but also Xavia the moment you asked that question.”
