The rapid sound of gunshots startled them and Riya looked to the front where there were some people standing on top of a car and aimed their weapons to the magic beasts behind them.

"They are… military?" Amelia asked.

"It seems so," Riya replied and finished her formation and pasted it on the car. Internally, she apologized to Ruby because the car speed would be pushed another notch and controlling it might be harder.

Ruby nearly jumped when she felt the car getting faster but she gritted her teeth.

They bypassed the car and the people in the military car also nodded at them but didn’t say anything else.
