Without a word, I lifted her off the couch. She bit into her lip to keep from squealing from the sudden movement. I kept my arms around her small frame, pressing her firmly against my chest as I walked into her bedroom on the second floor.
She didn’t argue with me and when I kicked the door shut behind me, she let out a breath she had been holding, as if she was afraid that breathing would wake up her friends.
“What is going on?” She asked again as I tossed her onto the bed.
I smirked at her.
“What do you think?” I asked, my tone laced with a hint of teasing as I took off my shirt, showing off every single one of my abs front and center. She gazed down my body and I saw the dark lust that consumed her as she took me in.
Her eyes finally met mine.
“You couldn’t survive one night?” She asked; a hint of teasing in her tone.
I smirked at her and leaned down so my body was pressed against hers, pinning her to the bed, my eyes searching hers before dropping to her gorgeous and plump lips.
“No,” I answered bluntly. “I couldn’t wait a single fucking day to do this…”
I lowered myself down and pressed my lips against hers. It was meant to be a simple soft kiss, but after a moment, it deepened. My tongue slipped into her parted lips, tasting and capturing everything that I could. He let out a breathy moan into my mouth and I swallowed it down with a hunger that I had never felt before.
The way her body moved against mine; the way she felt pressed against me and the softness of her skin was driving me wild. I let out a low growl as I nipped at her bottom lip and then trailed my mouth down the nape of her neck, sucking and licking every corner of it until I reached her shoulder.

Is this story ever going to have an ending? I have a feeling this baby story is going to drag out. She’ll tell Gavin it’s Spencer’s baby. Lucy won’t say anything. Since they have the masking spray, Gavin won’t be able to smell it’s his. Can it be that they get back together, they go back to Gavin’s pack and we start finding about what’s going on with the others, like Nan, Chester…then have them fight Levi together. That or release more than 2 “chapters” at a time. The way this story is dragging out, it’s going to end up being 1000+ chapters if not more. I’d rather give my time reading a story by an author that has a good story, a beginning, a middle, and an end and doesn’t just let things drag on. I’m just losing patience as I’m sure like others, this isn’t the only ongoing story being read....
I can't read chapters 69 and 70, they are the exact same as chapter 68. Anyone else?...
