The Lady Nun Seeks Justice (Eliza Stonor) novel Chapter 577

The sorcerer Rayden had proven unreliable. It was time to call for another one. After all, if there was one thing the Malone family had in abundance, it was sorcerers. But just taking care of that young sorcerer wouldn’t be enough to deal with Nolan.

He needed leverage. He needed to catch the Holy Lady of Walden.

Only by capturing her could he force Nolan to back down.

Jefferson plotted his next move, unaware the person he wanted dead and planned to capture were, in fact, the same.

Jefferson thought using Eliza as a hostage might work, but Nolan had outmaneuvered him.

“Bring him in,” Nolan ordered, his tone calm but commanding.

He barely glanced at the emptied secret chamber, showing no interest in the so–called “evidence” that had been removed.

After a quick look around, Nolan gestured for Jefferson to be brought in. Then, as if reconsidering, he waved his hand and said, “Forget it. Take him to the next room. Let him have some time to think.”

‘Time to think? What is that supposed to mean?‘ At that moment, Jefferson had no idea what Nolan was planning.

Suddenly, his mouth was gagged, and from the next room, he heard a familiar voice.

“Let go of me!

“How dare you treat me like this! Do you even know who I am? You’ll regret this!”

‘These brutes!‘ Louisa fumed internally. ‘How dare they lay hands on someone as beautiful and noble as me!

‘Black Flag soldiers? Prince Regent? Damn it! They’re nothing but a bunch of uncivilized thugs who don’t know the first thing about treating a lady!‘

“Just wait! I’ll make sure every single one of you pays for this…”

Before she could finish her rant, a sharp scream tore through the air.

The whip tore through her clothes, exposing her shoulder, which was mangled and bleeding. Blood trickled down, staining the cold stone floor around her.
