The sheer intensity and ferocity of the flames were truly breathtaking to behold, and their power was enough to stand against an Advance Level Mage.

Now Gu Jin understood that Ren Aiguo was a genius even among his peers of the same level.

Gu Jin saw that the situation was getting out of hand and hurriedly cast her most tricky spell,

"Plant Mist."

A few thick plant vines appeared in front of Gu Jin.

Ren Aiguo chuckled and started dealing with them.

However, with each vine that was burned down, a green mist started appearing shrouding the area.

Ren Aiguo felt something was amiss and turned toward Gu Jin's direction, but since the green mist was dense, he was not able to sense Gu Jin's position.

He used his Advanced-level element Wind element.

"Whirlwind."

A strong gust of wind cleared up the green mist.

Ren Aiguo saw that there was no one standing, meaning the old lady escaped.

He tried to sense her aura but to his surprise, he wasn't able to sense anything.

"Huh!"

Ren Aiguo for the first time felt like a failure.

Who would have expected that a mere Primary-Level Mage without any Magic Tool was able to escape from the hand of a Heaven-Rank Mage?

Of course, a part of it was because he underestimated the old lady's capability, and part of it was due to her element...

Only those mages that are at the level of Emperor Mage and more are given these tokens, as the token holds the power to directly communicate with the Elder of Magic Association.

When Gu Jin searched more about the tokens she got to know that each member of the Justice Council of the Magic Association holds such tokens.

She checked the list and found the name of Ren Aiguo along with his cultivation level. From there she knew that Ren Aiguo was a Heaven Rank Mage.

Other than feeling stunned, Gu Jin's sense of crisis activated.

Why the hell would a Heaven Rank Mage, be so curious about her mana? Why would he give her such a valuable token?

What if...he has some ill motives?
