530.Chapter 530
With a command from Chaim, seven or eight people rushed into the Healing Hall
Upon seeing the officials‘ uniforms, Eliza raised an eyebrow.
Luke, however, frowned slightly.
“Get them! Take these two women back, Chaim ordered.
“Stop!”
Vaughn rushed forward, anxiously shielding his daughter. “Mr. McPherson, as the son of the county magistrate, how can you order your men to arrest people so carelessly?”
Chaim sneered, “Who says it’s careless? Your daughter stole my money pouch. Isn’t it perfectly lawful for the officers to arrest her?”
Cara instantly retorted, “What nonsense! I’ve never stolen your money pouch!”
To everyone’s shock, Chaim pulled out a money pouch from his chest and tossed it on the floor of the Healing Hall, smirking. “See? Isn’t this theft?”
Facing Chaim’s blatant framing, Cara’s face turned crimson with rage as she ground her teeth. “You bastard, you’re shameless!”
Chaim smirked, “Still daring to insult me? That makes the crime even worse.”
With his pompous air, Chaim then glanced at Eliza, a lecherous glearn flashing in his eyes. “And this little beauty… I see she’
s not so innocent herself. I’ll take her back and give her a little cleaning up, a nice massage…
Before he could finish his sentence, a gush of blood suddenly erupted from his face.
Everyone stared, stunned, at his severed hand, still twitching on the ground.
“What… just happened?”
“Was that a flash of sword light?”
“Who did this?”
They had no idea who had acted, just saw a dark shadow and a flash of light before Chaim’s lecherous hand was sliced off.
Even Odin and the officers beside Chaim hadn’t seen it coming.
After a moment of confusion, they finally snapped into action, shouting, “Protect Mr. McPherson!”
The officers drew their swords, quickly surrounding Chaim for protection.
But even that wouldn’t stop the shadowy figure.
In the next instant, the shadow reappeared, slicing off Chaim’s other hand right in front of the officers.
“My hand! My hand!” Chaim screamed in agony.
“Bastards! You worthless dogs! Kill them! Kill them now, you idiots!”
Chaim cried out in pain, his voice filled with fury.
His severed hands hit the ground, blood spurting in every direction.
The officers had never seen such reckless violence and shouted, “How dare you harm Mr. McPherson in front of us! Get them!”
“Yes!”
Cara froze. ‘Damn it, now that bastard has had both his hands cut off–he’s not going to let us go now.‘
She quickly motioned for her father to retreat and gritted her teeth. “Why are you still standing here? Chaim’s father is the magistrate of Fort County. If he finds out what happened to his son, none of us will get away.”
With that, Cara turned to lead Vaughn through the back exit.
“Stop them!”
The officers immediately moved to block Cara and her father.
But at that moment, Eliza, who had been sitting calmly, finally spoke up, “The son of the Fort County magistrate, Chaim, huh? Sounds pretty impressive.”
She sneered. “No wonder you dare to abduct women and frame people. You must be relying on your connections to bully others, but that just makes you even more guilty.”
Luke’s sword gleamed ominously. He narrowed his eyes, fixing a cold gaze on Chaim’s still form as though he were looking at a corpse. “How shall we deal with him?”

What else is there to do? Eliza smiled faintly
Then, in a calm, graceful voice, as if she were speaking of a mere inconvenience, Eliza issued her chilling order
“Cut out his tongue, gouge out his eyes, and send him back to the Fort County magistrate’s office. As for the others…
Her gaze swept over the officers, her lips curling into a cold smile as she said, “Deal with them as well.”
Almost as soon as Eliza finished speaking, Luke’s sword flashed, and one officer’s eyes were immediately slashed out. The officer screamed in agony
“Yes, wait a moment,” Luke said, his voice cold as he gave orders.
Nolan had long since made it clear–no matter what, they would only take orders from Eliza.
The remaining officers had no idea they would be so brazen, still daring to attack even after things had gone this far.
“What are you waiting for? Kill them!” Chaim, trembling with fear, shouted His face twisted with fury as he bellowed.
The officers, unable to disobey, rushed forward to attack Eliza and the others.
But they couldn’t even stop Luke alone.
In no time, all the officers were on the ground, and the smell of blood filled the Healing Hall.
Watching the scene, both Cara and Vaughn swallowed hard. When they looked at Eliza, fear flashed in their eyes.
“Hurry, runt”
Chaim and Odin, terrified, turned to flee.
But before they could escape the Healing Hall, a sharp sword was thrust into the door. Chaim, running at full speed, nearly collided with the blade,
