They Beg For My Return (Camila Jackson) novel Chapter 184

A man’s rage exploded from the cow barn. You filthy wench! You should be grateful I even touch you. Every man in the village has had their way with you, so drop the innocent act. How dare you fight back? I’ll teach you a lesson.

Without warning, he started beating the woman senselessly. Her screamsraw and desperatetore through the barn like a nightmare.

Through her sobs, the woman cried out, I’m a Jackson. My father is the chairman of Jackson Group, my mother is a highsociety lady, and my brother is

CEO. They’ll come for me they will!

The man sneered, Your father, the chairman? That old cripple can’t even take care of himself after his stroke. You think he can save you?

You barren bitch, you can’t even give birth to a child. You’re just here for men to use. Try running? Fat chance!

He kept hitting her, each blow more brutal than the last. He only stopped when he was too exhausted to continue.

The man walked out of the barn, panting heavily as he adjusted his rumpled clothes. His eyes immediately locked onto Camila, Giovani, and Sean standing in the courtyard.

The moment he saw Camila, a sleazy glint flashed in his eyes. He leered at her and said, She’s a fine onegoodlooking and sturdy. Bet she’d pop out strong kids. You guys are selling her? Name your price, and she’s mine.

He grinned, revealing a set of disgusting, yellow teeth that looked like they hadn’t seen a toothbrush in years. Just the sight of them was enough to make

anyone gag.

Giovani’s eyes narrowed dangerously as he pulled Camila into his arms, shielding her protectively,

Sean moved fast, kicking the man hard and sending him flying. The man hit the ground with a heavy thud, almost passing out.

That single kick was enough to knock some sense into the man. He quickly realized these three were not to be trifled with and immediately abandoned the idea of buying Camila to bear him a child.

Just then, chains rattled, and a figure slowly crawled out of the barn.

It was a woman so thin she was barely more than skin and bones. Her cheekbones were sharp and prominent, her hollow eyes sunken deep into their sockets, lifeless and eerie.

Her hair was a tangled mess, caked with dirt and grime. A torn shirt hung loosely over her upper body, while her lower half was completely exposed.

Her bare skin was a horrifying patchwork of scarssome jagged like knife cuts, others long and thin like whip marks. The sight was enough to make anyone’s stomach turn.

Her legs had been deliberately broken, twisted into grotesque angles that made standing impossible. She could only crawl forward, dragging herself across the ground.

Heavy iron chains were locked around her ankles to prevent her escape, clanging sharply with every painful movement she made.

Camila recognized the woman immediatelyit was Agnes.

Agnes crawled forward with great effort, muttering to herself, My parents and brother love me the most. They even betrayed their daughter for me. I’m their precious jewel. They’ll come for me. I have to stay strong. I have to eat. Yeah, eat.

She dragged herself to the trough, which was filled with chicken feed, reeking of a nauseating, fishy stench.

Without hesitation, Agnes grabbed a handful of the chicken feed and shoved it into her mouth, devouring it greedily without a care for the filth.

The oncespoiled and arrogant Agnes had fallen to such a pitiful state. Watching her, Camila felt a mix of emotions.

Chapter 184

Soon, Camila’s gaze turned icy as she sneered, Agnes, bet you never thought you’d end up like this, did you?

Agnes froze mid bite. Slowly, she turned her head, her lifeless eyes meeting Camila’s mocking stare.

At first, her gaze was blank, like she didn’t recognize Camila. But the hatred buried deep within her flared to life. Just seeing Camila’s face ignited a visceral disgust, and her rage erupted like a storm.

with chicken feed smeared across her face, Agnes let out a guttural growl. She lunged at Camila with reckless abandon, as if she truly intended to tear

Her threat out.

However, the iron chain around her ankle yanked her back violently. She fell forward and landed hard in a pile of chicken droppings.

But this only seemed to fuel Agnesmadness. She clawed and thrashed on the ground, her movements wild and unhinged, like a rabid animal. I’ll kill you tear you apart!she screamed.

Camila stood there, her gaze icy and filled with disdain. Kill me? What a joke.

Her voice was as cold as frost, yet laced with cruel satisfaction. Agnes, do you know why I came all the way to this godforsaken village today? Just to see you wallow in filth with my own eyes.

Back in the Jackson family, you were always stirring up trouble for me. That was my home, but you made me feel like an outsider. My parents, my brotherthey all despised me because of you. They even sent me to prison for your sake.

You know why I survived all that humiliation and beating in prison? It was this moment. I was just waiting for this day. I wanted to see you all burn in hell with my own eyes.”

Agnes froze for a moment, then began to struggle violently, the iron chain pulling taut with a sharp, grating screech.

My dad is a chairman, my mom is a highsociety diva, and my brother is a powerful CEO! They’ll come back for me. They’ll make you pay for what you’ve done!she shrieked, her voice cracking with desperation.

Camila let out a cold, mocking laugh. Well, your dad is now a drooling cripple after a stroke, your mom’s a oneeyed lunatic locked away in a mental hospital, and your brother’s rotting in prison.

And you? Look at yourself. You’re nothing but a filthy toy for the men in this village.

Agnes’s eyes burned with a crazed light as she screamed, No, I’m a Jackson, a lady of high society! I deserve a life of luxury. You’re the evil one. You

deserve to die!
