Chapter 1405
Chapter 1405
Before getting on the plane, Tony mulled it over. He didn't think it was a good idea for Molly to leave alone.
He was also afraid that his boss would be upset when he woke up to find that Molly was gone.
After careful consideration, he contacted the three people at home.
Dubhe and others had followed Chester to go back to the Grandset, but Phecda and the other two were still watching Anthony.
Now that Selon had allied with Mr. Anderson, they no longer needed to watch the Sheperd family.
There was when the three people came in handy.
Sean was finally relieved to learn that Phecda and others were protecting Molly.
Mr. Ballard gave Tony a thumbs-up and praised him. "Well done, kid. You’re quite meticulous."
Feeling flattered, Tony scratched the back of his head and said, "I learned it from Mr. Anderson.”
Mr. Ballard laughed and shook his head. Then he turned to look at Sean and asked, "Are you reassured now?"
But Sean wrinkled his brows and asked back, "Why didn't she tell me about this when she came back last night?"
"Because she didn't know how much the venomous insect in your body affected you. After you had a seizure last night, she freaked out and told me about it."
Mr. Ballard recalled Molly's panicked look and felt distressed.
"She should have told me."
Sean murmured, blaming himself for letting her shoulder everything by herself. He should have expressed his suspicions to her earlier.
And they could have discussed the matter.
As if he had read Sean's mind, Mr. Ballard continued," Things would have been easier if we were in Xesxia. We could have just caught Kara and extracted both the mother and child insects with the proper method. Everything would have been fine."
He let out a dejected sigh. "Unfortunately, we were in Northfolk last night. It was already too late when we left in the morning. We have to take Eaton's coercion."
