“So…” Atticus said after some seconds.

“I’m guessing the reason why the other stars decided to join hands with the people from the Middle Planes is mainly because of security. They wanted the protection each faction would offer their gods in order to increase their chances of survival.”

Quiet Flame nodded, impressed by Atticus’ ingenuity. But Atticus wasn’t done.

“For them to take such risks means the chances of new ascending gods surviving on their own is really slim…”
