The Ore Fiend took the Ether Pebble and looked at it for a while.
Then, it slowly threw it into its mouth.
It chewed a bit.
Finally, it opened its mouth again and spat the remainder to the ground.
"I guess you don’t like it," Kyle said with a smile.
The Ore Fiend just kept looking at Kyle.
’This fucking thing is making me nervous,’ he thought as sweat ran down his forehead. ’If that thing attacks me, I’m done for.’
Kyle continued mining, and whenever he got an Earth Stone, he halved it and gave one half to the Ore Fiend.
This went on for several minutes.
"Stop!" Kyle shouted as the Ore Fiend tried to grab Kyle’s bag, which contained the Earth Stone.
The Ore Fiend looked at him for a while before grabbing the bag.
Sadly, Kyle wasn’t fast enough, and the Ore Fiend got the bag.
Then, it threw the bag into its mouth and chewed it.
It swallowed the ore inside the bag while spitting the broken back out again.
"That’s it! No more ore!" Kyle shouted as he sat down.
The Ore Fiend kept looking at him.
Sweat ran down Kyle’s entire body.
How was he supposed to handle this situation?!
If he allowed the Ore Fiend to steal his stuff, it might start eating all of his stuff.
But if he angered it, it might kill him.
So, Kyle just sat down and refused to move.
For ten minutes, the Ore Fiend just looked at Kyle.
It was not a nice feeling to have something like this constantly looking at him.
Yet, Kyle just kept sitting down.
Two hours passed.
Nothing happened.
’What the fuck am I supposed to do?!’ Kyle thought as he refused to look at the Ore Fiend. ’Is this thing just going to stand there forever?!’
Another hour passed.
The Ore Fiend never looked away.
Then, it suddenly moved its hand to Kyle’s hammer.
Kyle immediately jumped away.
"No! That’s mine!" he shouted.
Then, Kyle formed a fist and hit the wall.
BOOOM!
The wall shook a slight bit, but no stones broke off.
"I can’t get food without my hammer!" he said.
The Ore Fiend looked at Kyle.
Then, it formed a fist.
BOOOOOOOM!
And hit the wall.
Stones flew absolutely everywhere!
Kyle had to protect his head from all the debris, while the Ore Fiend didn’t need to do anything.
The Ore Fiend noticed a couple of Earth Stones in the debris and looked at them.
It picked one of the stones up while staring at it.
Then, it split the Earth Stone into two pieces and handed Kyle one half.
’It worked!’ Kyle thought.
"Thank you," Kyle said, eating his half of the stone.
Meanwhile, the Ore Fiend ate the other half.
That was when Kyle noticed an Ether Pebble in the debris.
He held it up, and at the same time, the Ore Fiend handed another piece of Earth Stone to him.
"Wait a second," Kyle said.
Kyle grabbed an entire piece of Earth Stone and put it on the ground.
