The head butler saw how Gu Jin’s expression turned serious when she heard Long Yifan’s mocking words

The head butler replied,

"Maybe because she didn’t like it when you mocked the three elders."

Long Yifan was in disbelief before his expression turned normal as he snorted,

Just then the elders came downstairs.

Gu Jin paused and asked,

"Yes?"

She didn’t turn toward Long Yifan at all.

"Are you angry with me?"

Gu Jin was a bit surprised but she suppressed the bubbling softness that was rising in her heart and said,

"I am not angry...."

Long Yifan heaved a sigh of relief and looked at the butler smugly.

It was as if he was telling the head butler, ’See she is not angry with me!’

The head butler was confused and stared at Gu Jin, he wanted to know what was Gu Jin’s next move.

Was his conclusion wrong?

Gu Jin continued,

"I am upset with you."

Long Yifan’s smug expression froze and now the head butler was looking at Long Yifan with a smug expression.
