The Mighty Mage novel Chapter 108

Chapter 108: Chapter 108: Dishes or Abs?

Gu Jin raised an eyebrow as she asked,

"Is there any particular parameter?"

The space was silent for a long time before saying,

"The more difficult a herb is the more difficult it is to speed up its acceleration speed."

Gu Jin stopped questioning and started to look through the herbs.

The reason why she stopped making pills was because she ran out of the materials.

Looking at the small herb field, Gu Jin decided to use it properly and hence she asked,

"Is there any manual on how to grow them?"

The space’s voice sounded delightful as he asked,

"Master, are you going to grow herbs?"

"Why? Can’t I?" Gu Jin asked with doubt.

She never had something like space in her previous life so she wasn’t very familiar with the use of space.

The reason why she knew about the space was because she had a chatterbox friend once...

Gu Jin paused as she remembered about the friend.

A lump formed in her throat, which she swallowed before anyone could detect it.

But then she thought about how there was no one around and chuckled. Habits can indeed be dangerous.

"Master, are you alright?" The space asked with concern in its voice.

"Hm." Gu Jin said.

"So master as I was saying, usually in order to grow herbs you need seed. However, in this space, you only need to cut the herbs and spread them in the dark soil. The dark soil in the space is very nutritious and once you become more powerful the dark soil will definitely have more functions.

Even the space will be upgraded."

"Huh?" Gu Jin was surprised and in order to confirm she asked,

"So, you mean the soil in the space will become even more potent as I grow stronger?"

"Yes, Master," the space confirmed. "The soil in the space is connected to your own power and potential.

As you cultivate and become more powerful, the soil will reflect that growth, becoming richer and more fertile. It’s a symbiotic relationship, each feeding off the other’s energy and strength."

Gu Jin guessed,

"Then the reason why I suddenly feel as if the island is growing...is because of my own cultivation progress?"

"Exactly, Master," the space replied.

"Your increasing power is directly influencing the environment within the space, causing it to expand and flourish in response. It’s a sign of your growing strength and potential."

Gu Jin couldn’t help but feel deeply impressed.

Such a strong artifact...

Combining the Mystic seed, accelerating the speed of herbs, and even expanding as she becomes more powerful...it was truly omnipotent.

Gu Jin stopped her train of thought and carefully plucked out the herbs from the soil, cut them into small pieces, and spread them evenly across the dark, nutrient-rich soil.

She watched with fascination as the herbs seemed to settle into their new environment, already showing signs of growth and vitality.

Once she was done, Gu Jin exited the space and went downstairs.

To be honest she was feeling very hungry. The food in the space had already lessened visibly.

She needs to stock up.

Gu Jin who was never interested in farming, suddenly wanted to farm and grow vegetables in her space.

In her big farm, a small section would be used to grow vegetables and a majority part would be used to grow herbs.

As she reached the dining table, she didn’t see Long Yifan.

Just as she made her way to the kitchen she saw the head butler who was instructing the maid to clean well a particular corner.

"Cough." Gu Jin coughed in order to attract the head butler’s attention.

If she was not so hungry she wouldn’t have tried to attract the head butler’s attention at all.

The head butler looked at Gu Jin calmly and covered the maid by stepping in front of her,

"Miss you are awake. Do you want anything?"

Gu Jin noticed the head butler’s action but she didn’t point it out,

"I am hungry, is there any food?"

The head butler nodded,

"Please sit at the dining table I will ask the maid to prepare something for you."
