After Zayn left, Josephine had no idea that she had fallen into a trap. She was enjoying her meal until Ethan interrupted her. Since he was already there, she invited him to join her.

After the meal, they enjoyed a cup of tea at the dining table. They talked about the movie as well as some production ideas.

Suddenly, Ethan's phone rang. At first, he thought of rejecting the call. But when he saw the name on the screen, he changed his mind.

"Yes. Now? Okay."

After giving some simple replies, he looked at Josephine. "Actually, Ms. Dunn is here with me. Can I bring her along? Okay. I'll need an hour."

Josephine was curious. "Who was that?"

Why was she mentioned?

Ethan smiled. "It's Matthew Frye. You've met him before. He's the owner of the Royal Cinema. He's currently at my club, so he invited us over."

It turned out to be Matthew.

No wonder Ethan would extend the invitation without asking her first.

If it was Matthew, she definitely had to meet him.

"I'll go get ready."

Ethan stopped her. "All you need is to change into something comfortable. The club has new sportswear that you can change into."

Josephine looked down at her dress. "If that's the case, I don't need to change. Let's go."

Her outfit was more than appropriate for meeting Matthew. Furthermore, she'd be changing into sportswear at the club anyway.

There was no need for her to fuss over what she was wearing.

She thought of sitting in George's car, but Ethan insisted on driving.

Since they were closer, she no longer bothered with formalities. "You drive really slow. We'll be late."

Ethan replied, "We have an hour. Don't worry, we won't be late."

"You're just trying to use me as your practice passenger, aren't you?"

Ethan didn't deny it. Instead, he looked at her sincerely, "Are you willing to do so?"
