"I was not sleepy enough, so I thought... to go out and ... drink something to make myself sleep so I decided to drink coffee ..." In her panic, she reminded herself that coffee was not taken for sleeping peacefully but for staying awake.
"I mean... I... wanted to drink chamomile tea but the bottles swapped..." She could feel beads of sweat on her face.
Instead of asking for an explanation, he was silently taking puffs.
"Go to him, if you love him!" he told her casually and that made her more stunned. Which husband tells his wife to go to some other man?
"Shane... I ..." frёeωebɳovel.com
"I’m serious, Nina. Pack your bags and leave my house. If you love him then ask him to take you off my hands. I can’t bear your presence anymore."
Nina swallowed hard. She wanted to kill Gabriel for doing this to her perfect life. He was not a man of his word; then how could she trust him and leave Sinclair home?
Suddenly, Shane threw away the covers and left the room leaving a stunned Nina behind.

Miles stopped dead in his tracks when he stepped into the study room. Shane was curled up like a baby on a small bunk, sound asleep on the small bunk against the wall.
Watching his son, sleeping like this, did something to his heart. Shane must have sensed his presence because he stirred a little, rubbed his eyes, and blinked up at his father. There was a weary look on his face.
"Shane!" Miles called his name softly, frowning, "Why are you sleeping in here?"
Shane sat up slowly, yawning and clearly struggling to find the right words. He rubbed the back of his neck, avoiding Miles’s gaze.
Miles glanced around the room and after a moment, he moved to one of the shelves, "I told you not to marry her," he said without looking at his son, idly grabbing a book but not opening it, "she was not the one for you, Shane."
He turned back to Shane, there was an edge in his voice, "You didn’t listen to me," Shane could see complaints in his father’s eyes.
He looked down at his lap and shook his head, "I thought she was the best for me... I thought..." he paused, swallowing hard, "I thought I was in love with her, and I thought she was too."
Miles shook his head, putting his book down on the table as he walked over to Shane and placed his hand on his shoulder, "Love shouldn’t come at the cost of your peace, Shane."
Shane clenched his jaw, not wanting to tell his father that he already did some digging and found a lot about his wife.
Miles gave his son’s shoulder a reassuring squeeze before stepping away, "You deserve someone who actually cares for you. Not for your money...but for who you are."
He pointed towards him and then turned to pick up his book. Shane nodded, running a hand through his hair.
He didn’t tell his father that he had made a decision and was waiting for the right time to work on it.

I was into the story but then the translator who was translating it for whatever language to English stopped translating half the words are half English and another language it's very hard to follow a book when you can't understand what the written word is translators need to do better...
