Damon immediately added whatever stat points he was saving into his agility. Not that it was going to help. The guy was a monster.
As a level 100 holy knight, he was already completely awakened, probably had a fully developed pseudo mana core, and to top it off, should have undergone two rounds of evolution. One at level 25 and the other at level 75.
Just like how Damon’s first race evolution had given him a big bump in stats, human beings also had their own race evolutions. Most of the races had a similar evolutionary tree, which basically prevented any one class from being super-powered.
With two rounds of evolution and an A rank class, this guy’s stats were no joke. He was after all a whole 70 levels above Damon. It was almost impossible for Damon to defeat him. Maybe if he had more time.
However, Damon was not too worried. He was never planning to defeat him. That would be a fool’s errand. He simply kited the monster’s attack and made sure there was plenty of friendly fire!
Damon revealed a wicked grin as the knight’s next attack landed smack dab in the middle of a dozen players, sending them all to the respawn point in a single brilliant flash of light.

[Ding! Light Faction –4 points.]
Naturally dark faction did not gain any points from these kills, but the Light faction did lose some points, points they did not have in the first place. The scoreboard looked ridiculous at the moment. One side with 42 points and the other side with -4 points.
And the battle wasn’t nearly over.
Screams echoed across the battlefield as half a squad of light-aligned players got vaporized by their own champion.
Damon didn’t even bother hiding his laughter. He darted out from the shadows, barely dodging another wide swing of Elias’s glowing blade. "Careful there, holy boy. You’re supposed to protect your flock, not barbecue them."
Sir Elias didn’t flinch. His face remained a stoic mask of divine duty, but the tension in his shoulders tightened. His sword turned slightly, trying to correct his arc. It was too late. Damon was already gone.
Using Blink, Shadowstep, and Stealth, Damon weaved through the battlefield like a phantom, making sure to never be the direct target of Elias’s wrath. Instead, he danced just close enough to lure him into another group of clustered players.
"You need to do better, Holy Knight!"
Damon continued to taunt him to make sure the aggro was on him and not on the defensive barrier. If the NPC decided to take care of the barrier instead of him, then it was probably game over for the siege event.
"Give me more! Give me more! That’s what your mom said when I was giving her the good stuff last night!" Damon shamelessly taunted.
Another holy attack flared. Another explosion of light. Another pile of corpses.
