After speaking, George looked at Shaun and said, "Shaun, you know Audrey the best. Could you speak on her behalf?"
Shaun sighed when he heard this and said, "I've already explained things on behalf of Audrey many times, but Mr. Ironhead isn't happy. His loyalty to Mr. Lynch is beyond reproach—his devotion is as clear as day.
"He would want to eliminate anyone who makes Mr. Lynch unhappy immediately. Mr. Weiss, I trust you understand."
George nodded quickly and said, "I understand. Mr. Ironhead's loyalty to Mr. Lynch is admirable. He's a model for all of us.
"However, Mr. Ironhead, please consider that my daughter is still young and lacks understanding. Please be more tolerant and forgiving."
Shaun smiled and added, "Mr. Ironhead, I've already explained Audrey's situation, and she has realized her mistake.
"Today, she is here to humiliate Nolan and sever ties with him publicly. This already proves her sincerity. Please don't hold it against her. Consider it a favor to me."
Upon hearing this, Ironhead snorted coldly. "I'll show you respect, but I'll need to see if your words are true. If it is, I'll let it go then. If not... Hmph! Don't blame me for being ruthless. Mr. Lynch's authority cannot be violated!"
He turned his gaze to Audrey and sneered, "Young lady, you need to see clearly when choosing whom to trust. Not everyone is worthy of love and protection.
"Even if you want to do that, you need to consider whether you can do so and what kind of disaster it may bring to yourself and your family!"
At this moment, George broke out in cold sweat, his voice becoming stern as he looked at Audrey.
"Audrey, do you understand now? Nolan is a source of trouble. If you continue stubborn, I'll be the first not to forgive you."
