Sebastian sat beside Sabrina, wrapping his arms around her and Isabel. "You're not to blame for what happened, Sabrina."

She'd told him everything before they'd come to the mission world, including her ten-year marriage and Ansel. Though her body in this world had already been cremated, she couldn't deny that her soul had still experienced everything that had happened. She couldn't forget everything just like that.

"Remember this—you were weak at the time, yet you still fought to bring Ansel into this world at the cost of your own life. That's enough to show how much you love him. He might be young, but if he genuinely loved you, he would've told you about Jordan's affair the day it happened.

"He wouldn't have conspired with his father to be with Holly, especially since he liked Holly only because she allowed him to do things you didn't. You only wanted to keep him safe.

"A child who genuinely loves his mother wouldn't abandon her in an accident for a woman who charmed him with small things. He wouldn't have repeatedly lied to you."

Sebastian paused, then continued, "He's not your child anymore. All he is now is a stranger who has your blood in his veins. Anyway, Jordan is the root of this whole mess. Even if you were in poor health and he had no idea how to care for a newborn, he could've hired a nanny.

"It's not like there wasn't anyone else in the Faust residence. How could he not find someone who knew how to care for a child among them? Why did he have to get a lying secretary to do it? He cheated on you—that's undeniable. There's no point in him making excuses for himself.

"That's why you're not at fault whether or not you want to see Ansel. You've already done everything expected of you as a mother. If you want someone to blame for this, Jordan should be your target. If not for his infidelity, you guys wouldn't have reached this point."
