Goodbye, My Love novel Chapter 25

Ansel was upset but held back his tears when he remembered what Sabrina had told him. He was going to start school soon and couldn't keep crying like this.

The system appeared when Sebastian and Sabrina kissed each other. "Congratulations on completing your mission, Sabrina. Do you want to leave the mission world now?"

Sabrina smiled at Sebastian. Their gazes met, and they nodded simultaneously. "Yes."

A white light flashed, and everything returned to its place.

When they got back to reality, Sabrina and Sebastian realized they were at the Lakeworth residence. They were still in their wedding attire, though. It was late at night, so they made the most of their wedding night.

Early the following morning, they took Isabel to Lakeworth Manor. Before leaving for the mission world, they'd told Harold and Christine that they would travel abroad and marry there.

Christine was delighted when she saw the wedding photos Sabrina gave her. She kept talking about how good they looked.

That night, Isabel slept with Christine, leaving Sebastian and Sabrina to some rare alone time. Sebastian caressed Sabrina's head as he hummed a lullaby she didn't recognize. He said, "We have plenty of time together, Sabrina."

She smiled and held his hand. "Yes, we do. I'm sure we have a long road ahead of us."

During one wedding anniversary, Sebastian sneaked Sabrina to Fringo while Isabel was away at school. They went to a church similar to the one in the mission world and had another wedding there.

"Why did you choose this place?" Sabrina asked as she tried to catch her breath. Sebastian had kissed her so thoroughly that she'd almost fainted. She leaned against his chest and panted.

He pecked her on the lips and smiled. "We might have already registered our marriage, but it only hit me that you'd really married me when I saw you walk down the aisle toward me while holding Isabel's hand.
