Lionel glanced nervously at Elliot.
Elliot maintained his composure, but his words were laced with threats.
"You caused this mess, so it's up to you to fix it. If you can't handle it, I have a hundred ways to deal with you. Care to give it a try?"
Lionel was terrified and immediately turned to Sheena, beginning to explain, "Sheena, I may have exaggerated a bit. It wasn't as serious as it sounded. Elliot led a team at the border and rescued a college student kidnapped by terrorists while on vacation. Unexpectedly, that girl took a liking to Elliot, and she… lingered around him at the border for a few days. But Sheena, rest assured, Elliot only has you in his heart, and he absolutely didn't let her lay a finger on him. He refused the girl many times and had Logan escort her back home."
Lionel's explanation was filled with a strong desire to survive.
Elliot breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that Lionel's explanation was reasonable enough and Sheena would unlikely be able to find any fault.
However, to his surprise, Sheena remained calm after hearing Lionel's words, seemingly lost in thought.
After a while, she asked, "Why haven't you mentioned this to me since you returned to Svelton? If you have nothing to hide, why not be honest with me?"
Elliot froze.
Lionel, noticing the change in Elliot's complexion, hurriedly continued to explain, "Sheena, don't be angry. Elliot was probably afraid of making you worry, so he didn't say anything. But I can guarantee that Elliot is absolutely loyal to you. No matter how other girls try to harass or tempt him, he won't give them the time of day!"
Sheena remained silent, her sparkling eyes fixed on Elliot.
She noticed every little movement of his, and she could tell he was nervous, his face betraying a sense of guilt.
Nonetheless, considering the many guests present, she did not say much and just smiled.
"What are you afraid of, Lionel? Of course, I believe in him."
With a gentle smile, she delicately picked up some food for Elliot and added, "Here, honey, have some more. You've worked so hard making all this food today. How about a little massage tonight?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
