Elliot gave it a thought and replied, "With all the matters at the National Investigation Bureau that need handling recently, I'm afraid we won't be able to travel for now."
"It's okay. Noah and Hannah are also tired from all the traveling in Svelton and want to rest for a few days before setting off. They can wait for us."
Elliot was surprised by Sheena's enthusiasm and asked, "Nana, it seems like you really want to go on this trip. Aren't you worried about the babies?"
Bringing up the topic, Sheena recalled their previous trip to Ardolisia.
Due to her excessive worry about their fever-ridden babies, she could not control her emotions upon returning to the hotel and ended up hitting Elliot.
Feeling guilty, Sheena hugged Elliot's arm tightly and rested her head gently on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry for what happened in Ardolisia. I was wrong. Knowing you, you would've handled your work and the babies' arrangements before traveling with me. I was overly anxious," Sheena apologized.
Elliot's gaze softened.
"It's not your fault, Nana. At that time, your bipolar disorder was starting to manifest, and it was difficult to control your emotions. How could I blame you for your illness?"
The more understanding Elliot was, the more guilty and uncomfortable Sheena felt.
So many things had happened since they returned from Ardolisia, and she finally had the chance to properly apologize to Elliot then.
"I used the clothes hanger to hit you, and it was quite intense… How about… when we get back home, I'll let you hit me, and I won't retaliate?" Sheena suggested.
Elliot was taken aback.
Hit his wife?
What kind of man would he be?
He glanced at Sheena and noticed the seriousness in her eyes, realizing she was not joking.
"Honey, if you really want to make it up to me…"
Elliot stopped in mid-sentence, thinking it over.
Soon, a hint of mischief appeared in his dark eyes.
"When we get back home, let me punish you however I want, but you can't resist. You have to listen to me."
Sheena caught his playful smile and whispered, "Are you talking about that kind of punishment? Seriously?"
Elliot suppressed his chuckle and asked, "Well, what type of punishment would you like?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
