Elliot analyzed the situation with a serious expression.
In the entire Froania, unless the other party sent out many elite fighters, only a few people could defeat Sheena in a fight.
However, making such a scene at the hospital would surely garner attention.
Or perhaps the other person was armed with a gun…
Elliot's heart skipped a beat at that thought.
Nonetheless, he noticed no smell or trace of blood in the messy ward, and he hoped this suspicion was unfounded.
Then again, there was the possibility that Sheena had intentionally allowed herself to be captured, using herself as a decoy.
Otherwise, Asher would not have been hidden in the closet. He would have been taken along with her.
After considering all the possibilities, Elliot sighed heavily, feeling frustrated yet guilty about Sheena risking herself.
Asher continued to cry weakly in the background.
Tears streamed down his cheeks as he pouted slightly as if he sensed the melancholic atmosphere surrounding Elliot.
Elliot comforted Asher patiently, but out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a pile of baby formula scattered under the table.
He approached, crouched down, and examined the powder residue.
He picked up some powder, rolling it between his fingertips as he pondered deeply.
Lionel had worked all night yesterday, and Elliot did not want to burden him further.
Hence, he ordered the officer standing nearby, "Immediately notify Captain Jacob of the Ninth Division to assemble a small team of ten, and bring along a military working dog," he instructed.
"Yes, Mr. Jenkins."
While waiting for Jacob to prepare the team, Elliot comforted Asher and waited for Nathaniel's arrival to pass him the babysitting duty.
Nathaniel sped over and arrived at the ward in less than ten minutes.
Seeing the mess in the room, Nathaniel's expression turned grim, almost immediately asking, "Have you found Nana's location? Is she safe?"
Elliot's expression darkened. "No."
Nathaniel was quite displeased and questioned, "How are you so calm when those people pull such tricks so boldly? It's evident that the criminals behind this are not to be underestimated. What if something happens to Nana?

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
