Outside the door stood a middle-aged man with slightly disheveled salt-and-pepper hair and beard.
His prominent nose and deep-set features did not fit the standard Froanian appearance.
Elliot vaguely remembered him as Luis, the biochemistry professor he had met before.
When he discovered that Asher was reading the book "Abnormal Psychology", Elliot had Yosef look into the matter.
They found that Luis had given Asher the book and paid him a visit.
Elliot's expression turned grim as he thought about Asher's earlier reaction.
"Professor Luis, what brings you here?"
Luis scratched his head, carefully recalling, "You're Asher's father, right?"
"Yes, I am," Elliot confirmed, his tone distant yet polite.
Luis chuckled, his eyes tinged with mockery.
"What a rare sight. Since you're finally here to spend time with Asher, I won't disturb you further. I'll get going."
He turned to leave, but Elliot stopped him.
"Hold on."
Elliot grabbed his wrist and lifted his hand, revealing a book titled "Dangerous Minds: Paranoia and Serial Killers".
Elliot's heart skipped a beat at the alarming title.
His expression turned cold as he confronted Luis.
"Why are you bringing him such a twisted book again? Are you intentionally bringing them for Asher? As an educated and esteemed doctor, shouldn't you be guiding people positively instead of leading a perfect child astray? What's the meaning of this?"
Luis felt puzzled by Elliot's accusation. "How is this book bad? It's just some profound books about human nature. As Asher's father, you rarely spend time with him. I come to chat with him and explain such books during my free time. What's wrong with that? Now you're lecturing me? That's strange."
Elliot simmered with anger.
It was obvious who was the odd one here.
"He's only five years old, still at an innocent age. Why are you introducing him to such books so early? What's your intention?"
Luis shook off Elliot's grip, clearly irritated.
"He's your own son. Don't you know if he's innocent or not? He enjoys these kinds of books, so I lent them to him. Hasn't he turned out just fine? He's smart and unexpectedly mature for his age. He can judge for himself."
Elliot did not want to waste any more words with Luis.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
