Hearing this, Mavis's cheeks turned red, feeling a bit embarrassed.
"Yay! Auntie Mae, you're my godmother! If Uncle Nate ever found another woman to be my godmother, I wouldn't agree!" Adora declared, lifting her chin proudly.
Everyone laughed at her comment.
After a few more reminders of her safety, Sheena handed Mavis a credit card.
"You might need money over there. Here's my secondary card. Use as much as you need, and don't worry about paying it back. When Nathaniel returns, I'll make sure he reimburses me with interest."
Mavis was taken aback and unsure whether to accept the card.
She was already deeply grateful to Sheena for lending her the plane, and accepting the card felt like too much.
"Take it, Mae," Gabrielle insisted, taking the card from Sheena and slipping it into Mavis's bag, then added with a wink, "Consider it a small revenge for making you worry so much."
Sheena nodded and said, "It's getting late. You should arrive there around nightfall. Be careful and contact us if you need anything."
After saying their goodbyes, Mavis boarded the plane, feeling a warm glow in her heart.
She looked out the window to see Gabrielle waving excitedly at her.
Mavis waved back before settling in, waiting for the plane to take off.
The plane's interior was simple yet luxurious, reflecting the wealth of its owner.
As the cabin door closed, Sheena and the others left.
Elliot was slightly jealous of Sheena's generosity.
He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and asked, "Nana, I don't even have your secondary card. When will I get that kind of privilege?"
Sheena was exasperated.
She playfully hit his chest and teased, "You're the CEO of Jenkins Group, the head of the National Investigation Bureau, and the famous Mr. Jenkins of Svelton. You don't need my secondary card."
Elliot frowned, his handsome face looking slightly aggrieved. "Honey, I've already handed over my entire salary…"

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
