After venting his frustration, Omari buried his head in his hands, overwhelmed with regret.
If he had not agreed to the Lawson Group partnership, Yvette would not be in this mess.
It was all his fault…
Kate stood nearby.
Watching Omari in such distress, she quietly sighed.
Just then, a subordinate came in with news.
"Mr. Eipstein, Raymond is outside asking to see you."
When Omari heard the name, he was instantly filled with anger.
"He has some nerve to show up now!"
Grabbing a nearby bottle, he stormed toward the door, but Kate stopped him.
"Mr. Eipstein, as angry as you are, you need to consider the consequences. We can't afford to sever ties with Raymond right now. With Ms. Eipstein in Giorgio's hands, we need Raymond's help to get her back. We can deal with the rest later."
Despite being nearly blinded by anger, Omari began to calm down.
Indeed, if Yvette had not been with Raymond, she might have been in even greater danger at school.
At least Raymond was their ally.
"Let him in."
Raymond entered, his face full of remorse.
He bowed deeply before Omari.
"I'm sorry. I failed to protect Yvette. Please, give me the chance to rescue her."
Omari's expression remained icy. "You better bring Yve back safely."
"Rest assured, if I fail, I'll face you myself. Goodbye."
With that, Raymond left the mansion.
…
The rain had significantly cooled the temperature in Gurenchti.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
