Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson) novel Chapter 1777

A servant noticed Mavis moving things herself and approached to ask, "Mrs. Nicholls, do you need any help?"

"No, I've got it," Mavis replied as she bypassed the servant, arranging all her belongings neatly in the guest room.

The servant gave her a curious look but turned to other duties, seeing she was not needed.

That evening, Gabrielle returned home and spotted Mavis's shoes at the door.

She called a servant over, "Mae's back? Where is she?"

The servant responded, "Mrs. Nicholls returned at noon. She came down for water once and then moved her things to the guest room. She hasn't come down since."

Gabrielle frowned, suspecting Nathaniel and Mavis had a fight again and causing Mavis to move her stuff out.

She sighed, worried about the couple.

After changing her shoes, Gabrielle went upstairs.

She knocked on the guest room door, calling out, "Mae, it's me. Can you open the door?"

A few seconds later, Mavis opened the door, looking indifferent.

"What's up, Gabrielle? Is there something you need?"

Though Mavis's expression betrayed nothing, Gabrielle sensed something was off.
