Sheena kissed his lips and playfully said, "Have I not been showing you enough affection? Asher and Adora are starting to get jealous, thinking I'm not paying enough attention to them."
Sheena sounded a bit sad as she brought it up.
Noticing her shift in mood, Elliot quickly comforted her. "I'm sorry, Honey. I shouldn't have made those comments."
"It's not your fault," Sheena said. "I've been so focused on work that I've been neglecting the kids. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to make it up to them."
Elliot took her hand and led her to the sofa, trying to help her through her feelings.
"It's not entirely your fault. Nonetheless, it's not too late to make things right."
Sheena was puzzled. "What do you have in mind?"
"There's a visiting day at Adora's winter training camp where parents can come and see their children. We could go together. Also, for Asher's math competition, we could both attend and support him. What do you think?"
Sheena nodded, surprised. "I didn't know you had already thought this through."
"Of course. I know you the best," Elliot declared proudly.
Despite pretending to be unimpressed, Sheena was actually quite pleased with Elliot's plan.
What she had been unsure about, and did not want to force, was made easier by Elliot's suggestion.
"Well, since I've helped you out, don't you think I deserve a reward?"
"What do you want?"
"I want…"
Elliot's eyes lingered on her soft, red lips with clear intentions.
Sheena realized what was coming and tried to pull away, but Elliot's reflexes were quicker.
He pulled her back and pinned her beneath him…
An intense, passionate atmosphere filled the room, and Sheena silently cursed her own misfortune.
…
Early the next morning, Sheena was still lying in bed when Mavis called.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
