Nathaniel received Kristen's message and prepared to rush to Ralvista Waters.
Tommy was puzzled and asked, "Mr. Nicholls, should we reconsider? What if this is a trap?"
Nathaniel's expression remained cold. "Even if it is a trap, I have to go. Avoiding a meeting is not an option."
Meanwhile, Elliot's side uncovered some clues.
Kristen was indeed a member of an organization, and she was the foster daughter of the organization's leader.
Based on Kristen's recent actions alongside Nathaniel, the case made significant progress.
Hence, Elliot immediately dispatched his staff toward the port.
This was a major breakthrough.
Soon, both sides were taking urgent action.
Nathaniel was not far from Ralvista Waters and soon arrived at his destination.
The moment he landed, he saw Kristen on the ship being restrained, shouting desperately, "Don't come closer, go away! It's a trap!"
Before she could finish, one of the men beside her slapped Kristen hard.
The situation was critical, and they did not have many reinforcements.
Fortunately, Tommy had already arranged for emergency aid to Ralvista Waters.
Seeing Kristen being struck, Nathaniel's demeanor turned icy.
"Nate, I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to harm you with them. I was trying to save you. I'm sorry!"
A man emerged from the shadows, dressed in a black trench coat, wearing sunglasses, and holding a cigar between his fingers.
He spoke softly, "Nathaniel, long time no see. When I first saw you, you were just a little boy, not even this tall. I didn't expect you to grow up so much."
He gestured with his hand, his smile warm and genuine.
Nathaniel's voice was cold. "So, it's you."
The man chuckled. "Yes, it's me. Surprised? And there's something even more unexpected. This Kristen is my foster daughter. She's been lying to you all this time. Did you ever notice?"
He laughed heartily as Kristen continued to scream, urging Nathaniel to leave.
Her cries annoyed the man beside her, who took his cigar and pressed it against Kristen's shoulder.
"Shut up! How dare you betray me after everything I've done for you! Did you really fall for him and turn against me?"
Kristen screamed in pain from the burn.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
