Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson) novel Chapter 1994

Mavis had not been out for a while and was visibly tired.

Despite the situation, Elliot surprisingly did not show any signs of jealousy.

However, Nathaniel took the opportunity to carefully lift Mavis from Sheena's arms and hold her close as he carried her back to the ward.

Sheena and Elliot followed closely behind.

Once Mavis was settled back into her hospital bed, the tiredness and frustration of the past days seemed to ease as she finally managed to get some restful sleep.

The others moved quietly around her, making sure not to disturb her.

Sheena, using sign language, made a few gestures to Nathaniel.

[Come outside. I need to talk to you.]

Nathaniel understood the message and followed her out of the room, with Elliot following them silently.

Once they reached the empty corridor, Nathaniel asked, "Nana, what do you need to discuss?"

Sheena's expression was solemn as she spoke, "I noticed that Mae's mood seemed off. She seems sad and troubled."

Nathaniel frowned. "Did she say anything to you?"

Sheena shook her head, maintaining a composed demeanor.

"She didn't say anything specific, but as someone who has been pregnant myself and experienced similar worries, I can tell that she's trying to hide her true feelings."

Nathaniel seemed to accept this explanation without further questions.

Sheena continued, "I think you should have her undergo a psychological evaluation for her pregnancy. Make sure to take her out regularly, let her socialize with friends, and help her relieve stress. Don't wait until she's really ill or does something drastic before you regret it."

Nathaniel nodded in agreement. "I understand. I'll take care of it. Don't worry, Nana."

Sheena glared at him.
