Mavis could not help but laugh at Tiffany's remark.
Tiffany's face immediately grew serious. "What's so funny?"
"Callum mentioned you were Nathaniel's first love, his first girlfriend, yet you didn't end up with him. Are you here to try your luck again?"
"That's my business," Tiffany replied coolly.
Mavis smiled. "Exactly. Whether I return to the country or why I do doesn't concern you either."
Tiffany's expression darkened, realizing Mavis was not as easy to deal with as she had thought.
"Ms. Olsen, do you know how Nate found out you weren't dead and that you had returned to Froania?"
Mavis remained silent, watching her closely.
"I told him. When I heard Callum call you Auntie, I was curious and asked someone to look into it. Then I informed Nate. You should've seen his face when he found out. He's usually so composed, but that day… He looked like he was ready to tear apart the woman who deceived him. Later, he sealed off the airport to find you. He didn't hurt you, did he?"
Tiffany's smirked, seemingly enjoying the chaos.
Mavis did not react much. "So, he was with you before he rushed to the airport that day?"
Tiffany lifted her chin proudly. "Yes, because no one understands him better than I do. We both went through the Special Investigation Department training together. We know each other inside out."
Mavis lowered her gaze, her expression calm, seemingly unaffected by Tiffany's words.
"Not long ago, Callum's kindergarten had a parent-child sports day. Nathaniel didn't show up. Was he with you that day too?"
"Parent-child sports day?" Tiffany thought for a moment, her expression faltering slightly before she quickly composed herself. "Yes, he was with me. We were doing something… very important."
She emphasized the last few words, and her tone was suggestive.
What else could a man and a woman do privately?
Just the thought of what Tiffany implied made Mavis feel sick.
Nathaniel had skipped such an important event in Callum's life, the parent-child sports day, just to be with another woman.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
