"Yes, Mr. Nicholls."
With all the reporters being dismissed, the luxury vehicle smoothly sped away from the narrow street.
Nathaniel was in disbelief.
After helping Mavis solve such a big problem, he received only a simple "thank you".
He could not help but think Mavis was truly unappreciative, and it really ruined his mood.
The car was filled with oppressive tension, so much so that the driver and Troy felt uneasy.
A few minutes later, Nathaniel's phone rang.
It was Tiffany calling.
As soon as Nathaniel answered the call, Tiffany's shaky voice sounded.
She was obviously nervous as she said, "Nate, the news about Mavis and Evan broke out. You know about this, right?
"I swear it wasn't me. The Sullivan family had nothing to do with this. I don't even know where Mavis is living right now, so there's no way I could've sent someone to take those pictures. You believe me, don't you? Don't worry, I'll pull some strings at the Special Investigation Department if necessary. I'll find out who's behind this and get back to you!"
Nathaniel remained unbothered.
Once she was done, he replied flatly, "Don't bother. I know who it was."
"What? That was fast. Who was it?"
Nathaniel was in no mood to continue the conversation, so he simply hung up.
Troy glanced back at him from time to time, clearly feeling guilty.
Nathaniel noticed it and impatiently said, "If you have something to say, just say it."
"If the Nicholls Group's PR team hadn't handled this fast enough, the damage could've been pretty serious. Weren't you worried it might spiral out of control?"
Nathaniel stared out the window, his face gloomy.
"It was a perfect opportunity to test the PR team's capabilities."

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
