"Bullshit! You did lay your hand on me! Beating up a family member counts!" Dylan shouted.
Nathaniel shot him a cold look, showing no remorse. "You brought that on yourself. If you weren't Mavis's brother, it would've been much worse."
Dylan was fuming. "So, I should be grateful you only broke my arm? Is that what you're saying?"
Nathaniel lifted his chin slightly. Even in his wheelchair, his cold demeanor and posture remained impeccable.
"No need to thank me. Just learn your lesson, know your limit, and don't provoke someone when you don't know their capabilities."
Although it was meant as advice to prevent Dylan's hot-headedness from getting him into trouble, Dylan took it as a challenge.
Dylan was furious and pointed at Nathaniel, throwing a few air punches with his good hand. Nonetheless, he knew Nathaniel's fighting skills, so he could only grind his teeth in frustration.
"Nathaniel, you're clearly violent! If you dare hit me now, who knows if you'll hit Mae in the future!"
Dylan could not Nathaniel at all and continued his rant, "You're such a jerk. Once you're divorced, stay far away from her. Don't ruin Mae and Evan's chance at happiness!"
Nathaniel scoffed. "Your ideal brother-in-law is a wimp like Evan who can't protect her?"
"Evan's way better than you!" Dylan leaned in close to Nathaniel's ear, hissing through gritted teeth. "Anyone's better than you! With a humble guy like Evan, she'd live a normal, peaceful life. Who knows how many enemies are lurking, trying to harm the Nicholls family? Mae would always be on edge with you. I don't care how rich you are. I just want Mae to be happy and loved by her husband."
Nathaniel felt an inexplicable pain in his chest, his eyes reddening slightly.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
