Mavis frowned at the sight, and as if possessed, she said, "Okay."
She regretted it immediately and was about to make an excuse when Nathaniel jumped in, "Then I'll send Tommy to Vraeyce for you. He knows how to handle most of the important matters."
Mavis trusted Tommy and said nothing more, and her silence was taken as her acquiescence.
By lunchtime, Mavis remembered that Evan had not eaten much of his breakfast, even less than he used to eat from the hospital cafeteria. So, she decided to get him food from there again.
She considered getting Nathaniel a meal, but she remembered his high standards for food and decided not to.
…
After a few days, Mavis knew the hospital cafeteria like the back of her hand and walked there with ease.
As she reached the end of the hallway, she spotted a familiar figure—a woman in a green bodycon dress with a stunning figure and elegance.
"Tiffany? What are you doing here?" Mavis asked, her eyes full of curiosity.
It had been a while since she had seen Tiffany. At first, Tiffany had her back turned, and Mavis was not sure if she'd mistaken someone else for her. However, she caught a whiff of Tiffany's favorite perfume and knew she was not wrong.
A flash of panic crossed Tiffany's eyes, but it disappeared instantly.
"I'm here for a check-up. What's it to you? Do you own this hospital? You're allowed here, but I'm not?" Her tone was harsh and her gaze arrogant, giving Mavis no chance to respond.
"Fine, suit yourself," Mavis replied, brushing off the encounter.
After getting the food, she hurried back to Evan's ward. Maybe it was her imagination, but as soon as she opened the door, she caught a whiff of that familiar perfume.
How could Tiffany's scent be in Evan's room?
"Strange," Mavis muttered, glancing around the room.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
