Callum giggled. "Well, I should always watch my manners, especially around a pretty lady like you. I just had some biases before, so I didn't say it."
Tiffany smirked, not bothering to acknowledge his flattery.
The room fell silent for several minutes.
Having been tied up for hours, the little boy's stomach growled with hunger.
He looked at Tiffany with puppy-dog eyes and asked, "Ms. Sullivan, I'm really hungry. Can I have a bag of chips, please?"
Tiffany gave him a cold stare, taken aback by Callum's boldness.
He was facing potential danger, yet he was still asking for snacks?
Plus, he had been insulting her non-stop at the hospital earlier, but he tried to butter her up after getting kidnapped, quickly switching to a more compliant tone, trying to create a sense of closeness.
Tiffany thought Callum was just like Mavis—too cunning for anyone's liking.
"I advise you to behave and not try any tricks. To me, you're just a clueless brat. You can't escape once you're in my hands."
Callum's lips quivered, his big round eyes darting around.
He changed tactics and said, "I know you want my daddy and like him a lot, right?"
Tiffany scoffed, "What do you know about liking someone?"
If Evan had not been so badly injured, she would not have had to do this dirty work herself.
Callum looked thoughtful and replied, "Grandma Mildred says when you like someone, your eyes light up when they're mentioned, and you become very gentle. It's a special feeling. But you don't seem to show that, so… you don't actually like my daddy?"
Tiffany smiled, amused by the little boy's observation.
Callum sighed dramatically and stated, "That's too bad. I was thinking about letting go of what happened before and helping you get together with Daddy."
Tiffany laughed. "Callum, do you think I'm that easily fooled?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
