Nathaniel sat across from her, observing her embarrassment calmly.
It was as if he were an experienced player in the game of love.
"It was just a guess. I roughly estimated it based on what I could tell, and the shop assistant was about your size."
Mavis was left speechless.
How did he, a grown man, have the nerve to ask the shop assistant about that?
Was he not embarrassed at all?
"Well, I appreciate the effort."
Nathaniel glanced at his watch and said, "We need to leave before ten. Hurry up."
"Okay, got it!"
Mavis quickly grabbed the shopping bag and headed into the adjacent dressing room.
As she put on the clothes, she let out a sigh of relief.
Nathaniel had indeed guessed everything.
The clothes… were a size too small.
They felt uncomfortably tight.
Oh well, she would have to manage for now.
After registering their marriage, she could return to her apartment and pack her clothes.
"Ready?" Nathaniel called from the bedroom.
"Almost!"
Without further delay, she changed quickly and emerged from the dressing room.
In her white dress, Mavis looked ethereal and elegant.
The white color complemented her fair complexion, making her appear angelic with her natural features and golden hair.
Nathaniel stared at her, making her feel a bit self-conscious.
Mavis followed his gaze and examined her outfit.

The readers' comments on the novel: Wait, She’s a Billionaire (Sheena Lawson)
The novel is too abusive it spoils the joy of reading it. I hate the punishment part between sheena and Eliot....
